Summer 2015 - Healing Your Life With Past Life Therapy

Back to Newsletter

You meet someone for the first time, and the hair on the back of your neck stands straight up. There's something extremely familiar about this stranger, yet you've never met before. You both feel it. You fly into a country you've never been to before and suddenly there's this overwhelming feeling..."I'm home." Or, perhaps it's a lovely summer day and you decide to take a relaxing swim across the lake as you have often done before, but this time a sudden sense of panic comes over you that you are about to drown. The fear seems to come out of no where and without reason.

Every one of these experiences can be connected to past life memories. If you pay attention, past life reminders are all around you.

I began helping others re-experience their past lives through hypnotic regression back in 1989. It was initiated by my own interest and desire to open doors to my own past. Since that time I have been deeply rewarded by my experiences of working with others to help them both clarify and heal many patterns in their lives that were connected to their past.

I'll never forget the day a particular young man walked into my office some years ago. I will just call him Paul for the purposes of this article. It was his first appointment with me and he was deeply troubled. All of his relationships were completely unsatisfactory, and no matter who he met, it always seemed as though there was something important missing. He decided to try past life therapy to at least find the source of these feelings. Neither he nor I were prepared for what was to be revealed through his session.

After giving Paul the initial suggestion to go back to the source of his feelings, he quickly moved back to a lifetime in the American Civil War. His memories were so extremely vivid. His first memory took him back to a battle field in Tennessee. It was Spring of 1862. He began shivering, and when I asked him what was wrong, he began telling me that he had lost his leg and was dying. Even more moving was his memory of Annabelle, the woman he knew he would never see again. He had asked her to marry him, just before he went to war. We regressed back to the moment when he proposed to her, literally on bended knee. She said "Yes." Tears came out of the corners of his eyes as he remembered the joy of that moment.

What Paul discovered was that he has unconsciously been looking for Annabelle, the woman he lost in that past life. He died in the battle field and was never reunited with her again. Finding the source of his feelings helped him to heal that memory and to move forward in this life time to find a rewarding relationship.

Past life regression can help you clarify current life issues, give insight on relationships and expand your sense of who you are and why you are here. What would you like to explore?
